Reservations
A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received and our team has sent a written confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Rates quoted on this website are for the room only unless stated otherwise.
Payment
An advance of fifty percent is required to hold a reservation. The balance is payable on arrival at the reception desk.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival receive a full refund of the advance. Between seven and two days, fifty percent is refunded. Within two days of arrival the advance is not refundable.
Conduct
The resort is a quiet property in a residential hill area. We ask guests to keep noise down after ten at night. Any damage to cottage property is chargeable at replacement cost.
Liability
Guests join treks and outdoor activities at their own risk. The resort is not liable for personal belongings left unattended in public areas.
